Further to my above post, although my Cook's Essentials electric pressure cooker did come with a basic cookbook, I found a larger, much more comprehensive cookbook for electric pressure cookers online.

You've got my pressure cooker juices flowing now. Tomorrow I'm going to make my mothers old Russian/Jewish paprika chicken and rice in my electric pressure cooker.
It usually take 1-1/2 hours on the stove but, it should take no more than 25-30 minutes in the pressure cooker.

I think you should buy the latest model. Modern pressure cookers offer numerous safety highlights that pressure cookers of the past essentially did not. On the off chance that overpressure happens cutting edge pressure cookers vent overabundance steam from a valve stem with a audible "hiss". If pressure somehow managed to keep on rising the sealing gasket on a current Pressure Cooker would be pushed out through a designed safety opening in the top securely venting the pressure.

How is this spam? It is by a first time poster, but it doesn't say that you should go out and buy the "Acme model ABC", or the hand made oak version. Don't the mods have enough to do? Anyway, AndLynch, if you are legit, welcome to Roadfood.
