Had the most delectable, tender prime rib, with Yorkshire pudding, creamed spinach, and baked potato with all the works at the House of Prime Rib in SF with CCinNJ! This San Francisco classic is old school--dimly lit, with cushy booths, a very simple menu, huge carving stations, and attentive service. Wonderful dining experience. Too dark for good pics, and I didn't want to use flash. However, their Web site has a good video with Bourdain, showing what the place is like. Just click on the photos/videos link. http://houseofprimerib.net/
Earlier we were at the Ferry Building, then went to Tartine Bakery, Bi-Rite Market and Creamery, and a macaron shop. We walked our tushies off!
