What would be best option for cooking and holding hot dogs?

I currently own a deli with limited space in the food prep area.  I am interested in implementing Vienna brand hot dogs into the our daily menu.  We currently have a grill that is only used for grilling sandwiches and is not large enough to grill hot dogs and sandwiches on.  On an average we have roughly 120 customers a day and I would like to increase foot traffic and I thought bringing Vienna brand dogs in could help.  What would be the best way to cook and hold the hot dogs without using a grill?  Would a cooker and holder steamer be an option?  If so, how long would the dogs last in the holder?  Would a steamer food drawer with a water tray be an option?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
