To celebrate McDonald's 72nd birthday yesterday
a local restaurant
came up with a menu the chef/owner called "McDonald's done right". I'd be willing to bet the dining room was clown-free, too.
Free range chicken with panko breading and fresh arugula salad
with duo of house made sauces
Filet mignon ground in house on fresh baked bread,
with fontina cheese, organic field greens, red onions, tomatoes and red pepper aioli served with yukon frites with fleur de sel
Braeburn apples caramelized in brown sugar and wrapped in puff pastry, served with vanilla bean ice cream
