A little trivia for all youze Ritz Lovers:
National Biscuit Company (now Nabisco) introduced Ritz Crackers for 19 cents a box in November, 1934 in Philadelphia and Baltimore. They were an immediate success.
The company produced over 5 billion of them
in 1935, which worked out to 40 crackers for every man, woman and child in the U.S.
They are still a best seller today.
EDIT: (God only knows how many BILLIONS have been sold since)
