When I saw this recipe I immediately thought of all you RFer's who are enamored with anything that involves Green Chiles.
In addition, the unique cooking instrument adds to the unusualness of the whole scenerio.
Cooking anything in a plow disc is unusual, however, this method seems to be catching on, especially out West.
