I found out on Friday that I was making Easter dinner, and didn't have time to run to the store again. Eating out is verboten in my family, but I have no earthly idea why. Luckily, I had bought a ham since they were ridiculously cheap, so last night around midnight I came up with my menu. Never underestimate the value of a well-stocked pantry!
Baked ham, sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter, broccoli-cheddar casserole, marinated mushrooms (put them in marinade just before I went to bed, then they'll be sauteed in butter), tossed salad, and Grands biscuits (I am yeast inept even if I had time).
