Santa Fe questions

I'm taking some folks to Santa Fe next week.  It's been a few years since I was there and I need help.
Has anyone eaten at Maria's Mexican Kitchen recently?  Reviews on Yelp and Urban Spoon are all over the map.  is it still good?
Has anyone eaten at Tomasitas recently?  Same problem.
Any suggestion for new place would be welcome.  I will look for Santa Fe Bite.

Both Maria's and Tomasitas are OK. Maria's as you probably know is known for Margaritas. Tomasitas is a bit "generic" to me, tho the food is good. Though my  favorite is La Choza! (sister of The Shed but more locals)
Its a bit off the tourist path, but convenient. They have a nice outdoor garden in the back.

Thanks.  I do plan to do either the Shed or La Choza.  I have first time Florida folk with me so lean toward the ancient look.  However, my daughter says La Choza's green chile stew is better than that of the Shed.
I would also like to find a good place for lamb or mutton in Espanola.  Anybody have a favorite place?

Try The Jambo Cafe on Cerrillos Road. Recommend the cinnamon grilled plantain and the chicken coconut curry. A. Nice change from Mexican cuisine. Also recommend Rancho Chimayo --a bit off the beaten path but worth the trip.
