Best lunch in New Orleans! Mr. B's Bistro. Gumbo Ya-Ya and Mr. B's Barbecued Shrimp. A must visit. None better. Corner of Royal and Iberville.
This is EXACTLY what my my wife and I had for lunch there one month ago. fattybomatty
, I would recommend Camelia Grill
(Carrollton location - not a bad streetcar/bus ride) so you can experience Marvin for a great breakfast.
For Po' Boys, you can't do better than
as noted above. and it's much easier to get to by street car than is Domilese's
(equally as good, but a long walk from the street car line). We are also very partial to Cafe Du Monde
for beignets, and Central Grocery
The only benefit to Acme
at Harrah's is there is frequently a long line at French Quarter location and it may be easier to get a table at Harrah's
