This deserves a thread by itself.
The Winn/Dixie down the street carries that, as well as the variety in wine sauce. My late mother loved it, and I agree... it's great by itself - and even better with lotsa onions.
My mother also loved pickled pig's feet, which I never developed a taste for. But she couldn't comprehend either livermush or chitterlings, much less barbecued goat, so I guess we're even.
By the way, I support your thread idea.
