After reading through the local codes and regulations for my area, I have found that it is required to work out of an approved commissary that is not a private residence, etc when operating a mobile food unit. This is probably common knowledge to most of you however this is all new to me.
I was wondering what most of the mobile food unit owners out there do. Do you just try and hook up with a local restaruant and write up a contract? Please help.
