When my daughter ordered them at the Bayside in Westport Mass this last week end, I thought "yuuuuch"
, but they were actually very good.
They look like, and are served like coated french fries, but the flavor is very different. My wife compared them to eggplant parm, without the sauce or cheese. If you see them out on the road, I suggest that you order a serving for the table, just to give them a try.
