What Cut of Steak Does it Best on a Grill?
For me a thick cut Porterhouse, about 1.5 inches or roughly 1.75 lb seems to work best for a great steak. My wife loves the filet, and I get the 'left' side strip. Very light or no seasoning prior to grilling. Dinner for two.
