I like Bagels, with sweet, and also hearty toppings. Good Bagels are hard to buy here in Germany, most eaters here confuse a good Bagel with a Donut...
What is your fav. topping for a Bagle, did you ever bake Bagles yourself?
I prefer a german-made Bagle "sweet", with salted Butter, Peanut Butter, and marmalade, "hearty" with butter, cream cheese, turkish garlic sausage, or Gravlax from Norway...
