On today's Roadfood of the Day, 3/31/12, if you go to the picture of the menu board,
The Cold Plate is listed as having 'Angel Eggs'.
I am guessing these are what Deviled Eggs are normally called.
Is this a regional thing in VA, or something the owners came up with?
I have not heard that before, or, are they something altogether different?
