I just stumbled upon this site tonight so I thought I would join. I am a current restaurant owner in a small town in Dunnellon, Florida. It is a mix of American Food and Cuban Food. We also have an ice cream parlor in the back room as well. My husband does all of the cooking and I run the front. We have been opened for a year now and have been extremely lucky with our success. I am looking forward to getting some new ideas from this Forum!
