Thrillist magazine asked us to come up with something a bit crazy...we came up with this!

This is a 1/2 lb BBQ Bacon Beer Brat on a roll toasted with duck fat, slathered with Jameson Whisky Apple Butter, topped with Duck Confit, Tempura and Beer Battered Sauerkraut and an Oregano Lavender herbed Goat Cheese and a bit of scallion.

Sometimes people like to say we are too out there to be a hot dog vendor. We're not really selling hot dogs. Or our stuff is too crazy. Maybe you are right. But we for sure ain't in the wiener business not to have a good time. This is one of the funnest and tastiest dogs we've done in a while. Wish you were here.
