Bacon wrapped dogs - howto
Getting out of the factory to start a cart business. A few carts in my area
but they sell "plain" dogs. I would like to do the bacon wrapped sausages
to be different. Question is..... do dogs have to be cooked on a griddle
and not a grated bbq due to grease dripping down and causing flare ups?
I have a nice cart just come up for sale near me but it is a bbq grate style.
Any other helpful info on doing dogs this way would be much appreciated.
