Question for Georgia folks...4 sinks???????
I was reading the regulations for a Georgia Food Truck and it says you have to have a 3 compartment sink for washing dishes, a separate sink for hand washing and yet another separate sink to wash vegetables and fruit.
Any comments on this extra sink for vegetables and fruit?
This is the first I've read on this and I was thinking a 3 compartment and a hand washing sink was what is required.
