Re:what cut of steak is this?
I marinated it in worchestershierere sauce, a little Peter Lugars sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper & a couple other things I don't remember. grilled them as usual & started to eat like a steak, but the flavor of the marinade & the tenderness of the steak made me cut them up & eat the rest as fajitas.
I bought them because I've never seen that cut before, they were cheap & going out of date & looked good in the package.
I'd buy them again for steak fajitas.
